My Story
My name is Fadel Issa, a young man from Gaza, currently living in Al-Nuseirat Camp, in the heart of the Gaza Strip—a place under constant threat of invasion and destruction.
I was supposed to travel to Egypt – Al-Azhar University via the Rafah Border Crossing on 11/10/2023 to study Software Engineering, but the crossing was destroyed and I couldn’t leave. If I had been able to travel at that time, I would now be in my third year at university, pursuing my dream and building my future.
War has stolen our dreams, our friends, our homes, and our memories. Yet, despite the pain and fear surrounding us, I still believe that human connection gives us hope and strength. I continue to dream of leaving Gaza, because death follows us every moment—through bullets, missiles, or hunger.
Knowing people from around the world and hearing their stories gives me a sense that we are not alone. Your support can give me hope that the future is still possible.

Why I Need Your Support
My goal is to leave Gaza and continue my education in Egypt – Al-Azhar University in Software Engineering, to build a safer and dignified life. Education is the only path I see to achieve my dreams and help my community in the future.
